Midyson, a growing franchise Hair and Scalp with branches across Malaysia, was hampered by major operational challenges. Disconnected systems for their POS, booking, and customer data created inefficiencies and led to inconsistent information.
Our Solution
We partnered with Midyson to design and implement FLITS, a comprehensive and integrated franchise management system that addressed their core challenges:
- Unified Platform: FLITS provided a single, cohesive ecosystem encompassing a robust POS app, a centralized web-based backend, and a white-labeled native consumer app.
- Streamlined Operations: The system automated and simplified key workflows, from appointment booking and package management to real-time sales reporting and staff commission tracking.
- Branded Customer Experience: The white-labelable consumer app empowered Midyson to offer a branded digital experience, allowing customers to easily book services, manage memberships, and track loyalty points.
